Raintree Lake HOA Board Meeting Minutes
The monthly meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Board was held on the seventeenth day of October read more ,2023 at the community center. The meeting began promptly at 6:30 PM with Head of the Board, Mr. John Smith , presiding over the assembled board members.

The board reviewed several issues including the upcoming fall festival, repairs needed to the swimming pool facilities and questions concerning regarding noise ordinances.
The meeting was adjourned at eight o'clock in the evening following a brief open forum for resident questions and comments.
Suggested Amendments to Raintree Lake HOA Bylaws
The Raintree Lake Homeowners Association is be presenting several proposed amendments to the current bylaws at the upcoming scheduled meeting on September 8th. These proposed changes seek to address a range of issues raised by residents, including modification of noise ordinances, and enhancement of community procedures. Residents are strongly encouraged to carefully consider the alterations prior to the meeting, as input is highly valued in shaping the future of our community.

Notice Regarding Landscape Maintenance in Raintree Lake
Dear Residents,
This provides an update you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We are making several new initiatives designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.
Beginning in early August, we will be making some adjustments to our landscape maintenance routine. This includes weekly trimming of grass areas and installation of new trees. Our dedicated team is focused on delivering exceptional service to ensure that Raintree Lake remains a welcoming/delightful/picturesque community for all.
